民眾逛東區可能會發現大店面的空租率好像變高了，像是知名的糖朝餐廳已經搬家3年，但原址也空租了3年，隔壁的近200坪的店面同樣找不到人租，只能先請特賣會短期進駐，房仲分析，主要是商圈租金行情被附近的國際平價服飾拉高後，但國內店家無法負擔高租金， ...
